Affiliate and Product-Link Status

Calculator Data
All calculations (weight, height, gender, medication, activity level) are performed entirely in your browser using client-side JavaScript. This data is stored only in your browser's localStorage so the calculator remembers your inputs on return visits. None of this information is ever transmitted to our servers or any third party.
Planning Worksheet Access
The current educational 7-day protein-planning worksheet opens directly in your browser and does not require an email address. It is not a clinical meal plan, prescription, or individualized nutrition advice. If optional email delivery is added in the future, this policy will be updated before any email address is collected.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use this site — including which pages are visited, how long visitors stay, and what features are used. GA4 uses cookies and may collect your IP address (anonymized), browser type, device type, and general geographic location. This data is aggregated and used solely to improve the site.
